A cozy mystery knit-along in 9 parts

Join the coziest Easter knitting event of the year!

Each day during Easter, from Palm Saturday to Easter Sunday, you’ll receive a new clue for a mitten pattern. With every clue the mittens will gradually take shape – but no one knows what the finished design will look like until the final clue is revealed. That’s the fun of a mystery knit-along!

🧶 The mystery begins on Saturday, March 28, and the final clue will be sent on Sunday, April 5. By the end of Easter you’ll have knitted a beautiful pair of mittens – perfect for yourself or as a gift.

The participation fee is 100 NOK.

After registering, you will receive a link with practical information.

The pattern will be sent by email in nine clues:

Clue 1 – March 28
Clue 2 – March 29
Clue 3 – March 30
Clue 4 – March 31
Clue 5 – April 1
Clue 6 – April 2
Clue 7 – April 3
Clue 8 – April 4
Clue 9 – April 5

(Each clue will be sent at approximately 08:00 AM.)

Needles

Double-pointed needles 2.5 mm (3 mm)

Gauge

30 × 30 (28 × 28) sts = 10 × 10 cm

Yarn

You will need two 50 g skeins of:

• Ask from Hillesvåg Ullvarefabrikk

• Finull from Rauma Ullvarefabrikk

or a similar yarn.

Choose colors as you like, but I recommend one light and one dark color for good contrast. You are also welcome to use more colors if you think it suits the design.

If you find it difficult to achieve the gauge or prefer slightly smaller mittens, you can use Tynn Peer Gynt (Sandnes Garn) or Lamull (Rauma), which are slightly thinner yarns.

If you have two sets of needles, you can knit both mittens at the same time – it saves time and makes the project even more fun.
